- We tentatively reserve dates for your event.
- We work with you to create a contract.
- When the contract is signed, we guaranty the dates for your event.
- You promote your event.
- You register participants, and send us the registrations prior to the event.
- You collect payments from the participants, and pay us with one check.
- We host you and your participants.
