Join Cheri Shanti and Shanti Medina for a weekend exploration and celebration of the Wild and Wise Feminine Spirit! Diving deep, rooting down, rising up into our authentic selves. Awaken the Wild Wise Woman Within through yoga, movement, journaling, drumming, music making, heart sharing and communing in nature! We will join together in reverence, with inspired vision, intention, and transformation. Prepare for a weekend of slowing down, diving deep, playing unabashedly , clearing out, inviting in, and moving through! Open to all women 18 years to 108 years in all life’s cycles. Hear the calling of your wild wise woman within!!

Shanti and Cheri co-create a very powerful container for women to unravel, ignite and unite in support and celebration of the divine feminine through yoga, the art of rhythm, the consciousness of breath and surfing the sacred sound.

Cheri Shanti

Cheri Shanti aka Cheri Lunn, has been creating, organizing and facilitating unique, and transformational experiences for people across the world for the past 12 years. Her focus is on Spirituality, Community, Health, Wellness, and Self Empowerment thru Creative Expression. As a professional musician and percussionist, she uses drumming and music making as tools for this work. She incorporates mindfulness practices into her work in a very non-obtrusive and subtle way that allows for an unfolding of what is present within each person naturally. Visit Cheri’s website
